Grills are not allowed on the property. The screen doors of the pool enclosure are padlocked for safety and security, with access only for pool cleaning staff. The garage is not available for guest use as it is converted into a game room. The property is in Florida, where wildlife and pests are common; regular pest control is conducted, but sightings may occur. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 10 AM, with options for early check-in or late check-out available at additional cost. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM.
