Ashton Heights is one of Arlington’s oldest neighborhoods and one of the best places to live in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. Ashton Heights is located in the heart of Arlington, nestled along Wilson Boulevard, a long thoroughfare filled with restaurants, specialty shops, art galleries, and more. Ballston Quarter, a large mall with an ice rink and movie theater, is located in the northwestern corner of the neighborhood as well. Every week you’ll find locals walking over to the FreshFarm Ballston Market, a weekly farmers market with a wine and beer garden.
Ashton Heights is family-friendly with several neighborhood parks and access to top-notch schools.
