This property is equipped with a charcoal grill, and guests will need to bring their own charcoal and grilling supplies. Max 2 dogs are welcome with a flat fee of $125. Requests for a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and an additional $100. Pets must be disclosed and approved in writing before your stay. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to cancellation without refund. No cats are allowed. Conveniently located just a 5-minute drive from The Beachwood Mall and a 2-minute walk to the vibrant Cedar-Warrensville shops, bars, and restaurants. CVS, Whole Foods, and the local library are all within walking distance. You're also only 10 minutes away from the Cleveland Clinic, University Hospitals, the Cleveland Orchestra, and The Cleveland Museum of Art. This is a non-smoking home, and any violation will incur a $500 fine. Excessive noise outside may result in a $500 fine due to past neighbor complaints. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM. Parties and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of the reservation without a refund, along with additional cleaning and damage fees. Renters must be 21 years or older to book and stay. Please remove shoes indoors to help keep the home clean. Guests will need to bring their own charcoal and grilling supplies for the charcoal grill. A damage protection option is required for all reservations, processed through a third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a $400 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $40.
