The home has high ceilings and lots of windows creating plenty of natural light and an airy feel. The full bathroom upstairs has a large free standing tub and a steam shower. Other amenities include a laundry room and play area/hobby space/storage are in the basement. The home includes the enjoyment of Wifi*, TV, and a large back yard with a patio and bbq/smoker. There is no central AC but the house generally stays cool, especially downstairs. The windows also work well to be opened in the evening to allow cooler air in. The house also includes fans and a portable AC window unit in case of a heat wave. Conveniently located with a short walk to restaurants and bars. It's just a couple blocks from Division/38th.
