I am trying to sublease my studio apartment in Lakeview East. I'm getting a house with some friends so I'm looking to move out. It is a great apartment with a rooftop sundeck. The building is BJB Properties and it's the 3838 N Broadway building. It is a corner unit so it is the largest on the floor. Full kitchen, 2 closets, 1 full bath, high ceiling and lots of room for activities. There is a laundry room, workout center, bike room, and storage cages in the basement of the building.
