The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances and a granite island, with a dining area for shared meals. Relax in the open living room with a large sectional and abundant natural light. Large windows frame peaceful creek and wooded views, and outdoor spaces are ideal for morning coffee or quiet evenings. Nearby highlights include Texas A&M University (less than 15 minutes away), Urban Table, TaD’s Louisiana Cooking, Blue Baker, downtown College Station, and other nearby attractions. Guests must be 25 years or older to reserve the property and digitally sign the booking agreement prior to check-in. Smoking is not allowed in or on the property, and if evidence of smoking is detected, $400 will be retained to deodorize the home. Do not turn the thermostat below 69 during the summer as the unit could freeze, and the guest will be charged the cost to repair the heating/cooling system. When leaving in the summer season, turn the thermostat up to 80 degrees. When leaving in the winter season, turn the thermostat down to 60 degrees. If unauthorized guests stay overnight, a fee of $300 will be retained, plus $25 per person. Parties are prohibited. Pets are not allowed at Creekside Cottage, and if a pet is found on the property without prior approval, a pet fee will be charged and the booking may be terminated. If the cleaning crew finds that the property has been left excessively dirty, you will be billed for the additional cleaning time at a rate of $50 per hour. No trash or other items may be left on the property or outside the front door. All trash must be bagged when placed in a dumpster, or there will be a $20 charge. Guests may not alter, tamper with, or access security cameras in any way, and failure to follow this rule will result in charges for the full amount of the damages caused.
