Southeast Eugene is the southernmost neighborhood of Eugene and is located just a few minutes from downtown and the University of Oregon. The northern part of the neighborhood has a cluster of apartments suitable for students. The other parts of Southeast Eugene are made up of permanent residences centered around the Rexius Trail.
