It's a very big house... 2880 sq. ft. Overall a cool. artistic space with white wooden columns in the downstairs den and a stone, wood-burning fireplace. Three bedrooms plus separate office rooms on both Floors. Two of those bedrooms are very large (about 22x24). One of them has a skylight and a master bath, in terra-cotta tile w/ whirlpool tub. Each floor has its own full bath and family-type room. I've been renting to UT medical students for the last 15 years. Also has an upper & a lower patio (with new privacy fence) which is great for entertaining friends. Also has a brick Barbecue pit. Very safe, quiet & attractive neighborhood of High Point Terrace. 12 minutes from UT Medical College, 10 minutes to Rhodes College, and one block from entrance to the Greenline 12 mile walk/bike path . Ten blocks from Galloway golf course. Excellent social distancing away from crowded and noisy apartment complexes. Two blocks from charming shopping center with small local grocery store, Hair salons, dentist, pub, Cheffies Cafe and the best pizza joint in town. There is a strict no smoking policy.
