The booking guest must stay for the full duration and is responsible for all guests. Street parking may be available but is not guaranteed, and parking apps like SpotHero or ParkWhiz can be used to secure a spot. Some ambient noise is part of city living. Violations of house rules may result in fines and/or termination of your reservation without a refund. Only registered guests may access the property, and any additional visitors must be declared and pre-approved. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM, and failure to respect quiet hours or disturbances from an unauthorized gathering will result in termination of the reservation without refund and may result in additional fines. Late check-outs will incur a $250 fee. Smoking of any kind is prohibited inside the unit and on the building premises, and evidence of smoking will result in a $500 remediation charge. A $150 lockout fee applies per occurrence, and lost keys or remotes will incur a $50 replacement fee each.
