Location is 2mi from Fayette Mall and Summit at Fritz Farm. It is 5 minutes from Kirklevington Park and ~10mins from UK campus. Pets are allowed at owner's discretion. There is a onetime $300 pet fee and $25 per month (per pet at a two pet limit). Tenants pay for all utilities (electricity, water, trash).
