About This Home

12 Month Lease, $1,500 deposit, Available Oct 16

ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED, plus a river! Heat/hot water/electric all included and laundry on site (not coin op) in this freshly renovated three bedroom apartment located right on the Androscoggin river. Launch a kayak or cast a line right out of the back yard. Relax on your large covered porch or with an evening at the fire pit watching the full moon rise over the Bernard Lown Peace bridge. Two large bedrooms, bathroom, and a cozy nook space on the top floor. One bedroom, living room, and a large eat in kitchen on the first floor. The apartment is on a quiet side street with some great neighbors. All that downtown Auburn and Lewiston have to offer is within walking distance or a short drive. Good size yard if you have a friendly dog or outdoor cat (indoor cats also welcome) - I'm a big fan of pets, but it will be on a case by case basis after I've met the pet(s) (also, please tell them all that I said Hi!) I would prefer a maximum of two animals in the apartment, but willing to chat about your specific situation. There is storage space in the shared basement. The laundry is also in the basement and is shared with one other unit. The apartment has two dedicated off street parking spots. Looking for someone or a couple/family that is dependable and respectful. I currently live in the unit and own the building and am moving in with my fiancée, but this has been a really excellent spot. Its very easy to waste a day on the porch watching the river and the wildlife. $2500 per month, and a $1500 security deposit. One year lease minimum. Flexible move in date between October and November.
