Located in the Windsor Island community of Davenport, this home is just 20–25 minutes from Disney World, 30 minutes from SeaWorld, and 35 minutes from Universal Studios. The property is a couple minutes walking distance to the clubhouse. In the immediate area outside the resort, you will find ample shopping, dining, and entertainment. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Up to two cars may park side-to-side in the driveway in front of the garage. Please don't park on the grass, or alongside the streets parallel to another vehicle. If you need an additional parking spot, there's a section in the community called Lava Tree Dr where you can find extra parking spots for overflow parking. During the day, you can park in the Clubhouse parking lot, but overnight parking is not permitted. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules. By booking this reservation, guests agree and acknowledge that Windsor Island Resort will have areas of ongoing construction. Please make sure that we have a list of First and Last names of all guests ages 18 and older. Remember everyone over 18 should bring a valid government-issued I.D. The individual who booked the reservation must be present to show their I.D. when checking in with the security guard at the community entrance. Please note that in sunny Florida, with beautiful weather and greenery, come humidity and bugs. These elements are a natural and very common occurrence. We have our property professionally sprayed for pests, but please remember to pack sunscreen and bug spray. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest.
