Other Details to Note Rental Requirements & Policies Electronic Rental Agreement: To ensure the "Quiet Enjoyment" of our neighbors, the primary guest must sign a formal Rental Agreement and provide a Photo ID within 48 hours of booking, or the reservation will be subject to cancellation. Occupancy & Visitors: Every person on the property must be included in the registered reservation. Outside visitors require prior written permission from the host and must depart by 10:00 PM to respect local noise ordinances. Zero Tolerance Policy: Violations of occupancy, visitor, or noise rules are grounds for immediate termination of the booking and vacancy of the property without a refund. Age & Accessibility: The primary guest must be 25+ to book. Please note that steps are required to enter and navigate the home. Pet Policy Approval Required: Small dogs and cats are welcome with prior approval. We may request vaccination and medical records at our discretion. Fees & Deposits: There is a $250 non-refundable pet fee per animal and an additional refundable security deposit. Multi-Pet Stay: A mandatory weekly cleaning fee applies to stays with two or more approved animals. Property Details Privacy: This is a fully private, separate mother-in-law apartment located on the same grounds as the main house. All-Inclusive Rates: Your price includes all utilities, high-speed internet, lawn care, and optional maid service. Occupancy Pricing: The monthly rate is based on double occupancy. Additional guests (excluding children) incur an extra per-person fee. Strict Policies: No smoking and no unapproved parties or events of any kind.
