The first floor offers a top of the line kitchen w/ oversized fridge and island that opens to the family room, a formal dining area.
Outside is an entertainers backyard with pool, spa and barbecue provide the perfect setup for relaxation after a busy day. The yard is completely private with mature fruit trees and tall grown ficus.
Our living room features a large and comfortable custom-designed deep-seated couch, lush plants, and an 85" SMART TV that's Netflix connected. We have a Sonos sound system. The large family-style dining table has seating for 10 and we have three bar stools nearby.
The kitchen is a cooker's delight and is great for preparing meals! It features stainless steel appliances and has a range stove, Whirlpool oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a large fridge/freezer. We have plenty of glassware, dishware, wine glasses, and coffee mugs as well as most items needed to make a meal, including a set of non-toxic cookware. There's also an ultra pure drinking water filtration system in the kitchen for cooking and tea. Additionally, we have a Breville coffee/espresso machine, Breville juicer, Vitamix blender, Ninja Foodi cooker and sandwich presser/grill.
The true gem of this space is the outdoor area! The kitchen opens up to a large, fenced deck that faces the pool where you can have a meal alfresco, enjoy a glass of wine, unwind with a book, or enjoy the pool and hot tub! It's also a great spot to work from and the WiFi signal is strong outside. There's also a hot tub where you can relax and enjoy sunsets or warm up on a cool night.
The backyard is great for soaking up the sun and includes a seating area. You'll be surrounded by plants and vegetation in the edible garden with avocado, lime, and lemons.
