Property Ratings at 3750-3752 Glendon Ave
I’ve been living at Glendon Grove for a few months now and I’m really impressed with the overall quality and design of the building. The finishes inside the units feel more like a high-end condo than a typical rental things like large closets, lots of natural light, and sleek appliances really make a difference in day to day comfort. My favorite part is the private balcony, which gets amazing sunlight and adds a lot of usable space. The location is another major plus. Being so close to downtown Culver City, the Expo Line, and local parks makes it easy to get around and enjoy the area.
