The townhouse boasts a modern exterior and interior design, high ceilings with light-filled windows, and hardwood floors. It features two balconies with outdoor seating, a modern full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and plenty of closet space. Enjoy entertainment with three TVs in a gated, safe, and secure community. Parking is convenient with a two-car garage and street parking available. For an additional fee, daily housekeeping services are available upon request. The property offers a shared outdoor pool with working hours from 8am to 10pm. The townhouse requires climbing stairs. Gatherings of more than 8 people, including both overnight guests and visitors, are not allowed and may lead to eviction. Extra guests and visitors are not permitted without management consent, and the number of overnight guests cannot exceed the maximum occupancy. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction, with violators charged a $500 fine. Exceeding the occupancy limit and falsifying occupancy information at the time of reservation may result in eviction, with violators charged a $200 to $500 fine. Smoking is not allowed in the unit or on the balcony, with violations incurring a $250 fine plus cleaning costs. Pets are not allowed, and violation of the pet policy may result in a $500 fine plus cleaning expenses. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm to 8am. Local resident restrictions apply, with guests residing within a 100-mile radius required to contact the host before booking. For same-day late check-ins, host approval is needed before booking. A traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation.
