We are located in a quiet, safe neighborhood in Natomas, right off I-80 and a 5-minute drive to the Promenade (Target, Panera) and Natomas Marketplace. The House & Amenities: - Solar-powered with central A/C and heating (keeps utilities low!) - eero WiFi network and full home automation - Fully furnished common areas (living room projector, in-unit washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen) - Hardscaped back patio, a 2-minute walk to a community park, and right next to a walking/biking trail. The Housemates: You'll be sharing the house with two no-fuss, respectful guys, plus a third housemate who splits their time between two places. We keep the common areas clean and respect everyone's space. The Numbers: Rent: $950/month (single occupancy only) Utilities: Split evenly (averages $55–$120/month depending on the season) Cleaning: $30/month (We split a bi-monthly professional cleaning for your shared bathroom!) Deposit: One month's rent About You: We are looking for a someone who doesn't smoke with no pets who keeps the common areas clean (your bedroom is your business). We also prefer a vegetarian or vegan housemate; however, reheating meat, eating cold cuts, or using the outside grill is totally fine—we just want to keep heavy meat-cooking smells out of the kitchen.
