Nonsmokers only. 1-year minimum lease at signing date. No pets allowed. Must have deposit and 1st month rent at the time of signing the rental agreement. Renter must have been at their current job for 1 year or longer and provide 2 paystubs and state driver's license. Renter will need to be able to pass a background check and pay $25.00 as a fee for us to check past references.
