ALL UTILITIES AND WIFI ARE INCLUDED IN THE RENT as well as stacked washer/dryer, queen bed, full custom steam-punk kitchen with stove, microwave, full size fridge and toaster oven. Linens, kitchen dishes, and pots/pans are fully stocked for your stay in the heart of Portland: bring your toiletries and move in. The Crepe Myrtle also boasts beautiful reclaimed fir trim on all doors and windows, big sliding door off the living room into the backyard, pocket doors for bedroom privacy, fun light fixtures and a spacious custom tiled shower. The loveseat is also a sleeper sofa if you have a guest from time to time! Nan's Crepe Myrtle Cottage is a fully furnished separate 1 bedroom house: newly built, comfortable, and full of light with all the amenities you need to stay in Portland for a month, 3 months, over a year! The cottage is surrounded by lush flower gardens in the beautiful Historic Mississippi District, 1 block off Mississippi in a residential neighborhood, yet close to EVERYTHING in Portland. Perfect for 1-2 people, 2 max. Very quiet and private, but so much to do when you walk out the door! Perfect for travel nurses, contract workers, those looking to settle in Portland but haven't found a permanent place yet, or a longer term stay. Look no further! Our website can provide a list of room by room amenities but you have to contact me for that apparently! I do require a cleaning deposit, minimum of 2 references and it is month to month, furnished so no pets or smoking! I live in the front house but you have a completely separate house and can be as friendly or not as you like! There is a $250 refundable cleaning deposit and a $700 reservation deposit that converts to the security deposit upon move in.
