Most importantly, Cayuca offers a place to live with a smaller carbon footprint. Our spaces require less resources to build, heat and cool and solar provides the common power needs. Our location minimizes the need to use gas and incentivizes walking and biking. These tiny shifts in our daily life will help to rebuild a more sustainable community.
