Cute little 1940's home with a great location! My fiancé and I and our dog Peaches live upstairs but during the week we're pretty quiet and then are gone a bunch of the weekends. The only shared spaces are the laundry room and the yard. We do have a dog that we let out into the yard at various points during the day so you'll have to be cool with that. But overall I think we'd be easy "neighbors" and would love sharing our home with you! The location is great - we live right next to the King Soopers, and super close to Tennyson, the Highlands and Edgewater.

For rent: 2 Bedroom 1 Bath - $1950/month with utilities included. Available Aug 15th for year long lease. - Located near 38th and Sheridan on the Wheat Ridge and Denver boarder. Close to Edgewater/Sloans Lake, Tennyson St. and the Highlands. - About a 10/15 min drive to downtown Denver, Rino and LoHi. Or jump right on I-70 and be in the mountains in no time! - Shared Washer/Dryer on site. - Shared yard. - This unit is the finished basement unit of our duplex (my fiancé and I live upstairs). You will be able to access your private unit through the backdoor and down the stairs to your space. - Completely furnished with dishes, pots and pans, linens, bedding, etc. - *NOT* pet friendly. We have a medium sized dog upstairs. She's a good girl but likes people more than other dogs. - No cigs but 420 ok. - Recently remodeled bathroom. - No AC in unit at the moment but there are fans and the basement stay naturally cooler. - Street parking. - No dishwasher. - Nice neighborhood and super walkable to lots of coffee shops, grocery stores, bars, restaurants and shops. We've lived here for 8 years and have loved how close we are to everything.
