I absolutely loved living here. The neighborhood is quiet and serene, but you’re also just a short walk from the heart of downtown Culver—an area with incredible walkability and access to bars, restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, and one of my favorite local bookstores. The management and maintenance team are on-site nearly 24/7, which creates a really efficient, personable, supportive, environment. Anytime something came up, there was always someone around to help. I also really appreciated the thoughtful security measures: gated parking, cameras, and keyed entry for every building door gave me peace of mind. The neighbors were friendly, the community felt safe, and it was just a really great place to call home!
I lived here for 14 years and loved it! Location is fantastic - walkable neighbourhood very close to downtown Culver City. The building is clean, very secure and well-maintained. Management is very attentive to any needs and issues. If you need anything fixed, it'll be handled promptly. My 1 bedroom was spacious. If you have the chance to live here, I highly recommend it!
Lived here for many years and called it home. Great landlord, building manager, and maintenance people. This building is not owned or managed by a large company so the staff really makes it feel like home. This place is charming and also has all you need. It is close by to shops, restaurants, and grocery stores.
I lived here for seven years and had a really wonderful experience. The neighborhood is great for walking, downtown Culver City is just across the street, and management is responsive and considerate. I appreciated the updates made to the building, including window and internet upgrades. I will miss living here!
I lived here for a year and absolutely adored it. Very secure building which was important for me as a young woman who got home late from work. The Cardiff team goes above and beyond. Robert cares deeply about all of his tenants. Ben was always easy to get in contact with and happy to help. Nelson always promptly came to make any repairs and was such a warm and friendly face to see around the building. The only downside to this building was the lack of AC in the bedroom but purchasing a fan easily solved that problem!
I lived here for a year and had a great experience. Robert, the landlord, was very amiable and Ben and Nelson are always on-site and very responsive. The hallways are a bit annoying to navigate (heavy fire doors), but I assume that's typical of a building of this age. My unit also got quite cold in the winter, as it was on the first floor and got minimal direct sunlight, but this also meant it was cool in the summer. Otherwise, great management, great location, and a pleasant experience overall! Also, the building has Starry Internet, which is an excellent provider.
This building is a great place to live. It has nice, reasonably priced units with good appliances and the management is very responsive and helpful. I would recommend living here
The building is very well maintained; Nelson and Ben are on site constantly ensuring the building and the tenant's needs are taken care of. Very much old school direct to mgmt feel in the building where your needs are met. Would highly recommend renting here; absolute pleasure dealing with the team and the neighbors are fantastic!
