APPLICANT(s) must be employed or have verifiable source of income. We require total 'household' monthly gross income to be at least three (3) times the monthly rental rate. APPLICANT(s) must physically reside in the property for which they are applying and must disclose all persons that will be occupying the unit. All persons 18 years of age or older must submit an application, be approved and be on the lease in order to qualify for the unit with the applicant. Any guest staying at the property more than 2 weeks in any 6 month period will be considered a tenant and must submit an application, be approved and be added to the lease.
