It is located 9 min drive from NCSU Main Campus and 3 min from Centennial Campus. The free GoRaleigh bus stops right outside the complex and goes directly to NCSU Talley Student Union building. Amenities: (look at the video!) - Each bedroom comes with a full private bathroom, a walking closet, queen/full bed with mattress, bedside table, desk with chair and mirror. - The living room has a flat TV and is furnished with a media cabinet, a storage cabinet, a coffee table, a large sofa and a reclining armchair. - There is a sunroom study area with a study table with four chairs. - The kitchen has granite countertops, with two barstools, garbage disposal, a microwave, a stove, dishwasher, and a full fridge. - Central AC unit and washer and dryer. - All floors are ceramic tile (no carpet anywhere). - Parking passes included Small pets are welcome with a pet fee. One-month security deposit required at lease sign to reserve the apartment. There is no application fee. The apartment is managed and maintained by its owners.
