About This Property

This cozy, updated "cabin" in Manitou is in a quiet neighborhood with great neighbors. The house is about 1/2 mile from the base of the Incline and Barr Trail, and even closer to Intemann Trail - perfect for an athlete or just enjoying the views! The main bedroom is downstairs and has huge windows. It can fit a queen bed and other smaller furniture. There is also a full bathroom downstairs. The upstairs is a converted loft space, and features two small bedrooms and a 3/4 bath. From the deck (and the master bedroom window) is an unobstructed view of Red Mountain. There is a small yard and garden space. Street parking is residential permit only (guest passes are available) and there is a parking spot dedicated to the house. The home is small and cozy, but features tons of storage space in the many closets and a crawl space under the house (it's a crawl space, but you can stand up down there). Enjoy a short walk into downtown Manitou for dinner and drinks, or a long walk to the top of Pikes Peak - right from your front door (no driving needed!). I will cover the trash and recycling.
