In the back of the apartment you have a walkout from the 2nd bedroom to a very private back patio with retaining wall for your grill and entertaining guests. Your backyard neighbor is the beautiful 100+ acre Asylum Lake preserve. Pets are welcome. You will surely make friends in this neighborhood as basically everyone at Winchell Way is walking their dog to lake Asylum all the time.
