AMAZING APARTMENT- COMPLETELY RENOVATED 2BED/1 BATH WITH YOUR OWN WASHER AND DRYER This is an amazing apartment that feels more like a house than an apartment. You have to see it; the pictures don't do it justice. This is a wonderful place to live where you’ll feel right at home. What separate this unit from others is: off street parking, 2 blocks away from downtown Culver City, PRIVATE FRONT AND REAR ENTRANCES, and your OWN NEW WASHER AND DRYER. The unit has been completely remodeled. Twenty thousand dollars was spent on the remodel. The entire kitchen and bathroom were redone and the whole unit has been painted. GENERAL: The place is great. It's big, about 900sq ft over all. There is a lot of closet space throughout the apartment. It is a corner unit and there is tons of light that comes in.. KITCHEN: New cabinets – a beautiful chocolate brown color. Granite counter tops. Brushed nickel kitchen faucet. New tile floor. New stove. The unit does not come with a refrigerator but the current tenants are moving out of state and have offered to leave theirs in the unit if you don't have one.
