It accommodates up to 24 guests and is just a 5-minute drive to Overlook Park and 10 minutes to the Chattanooga Zoo and downtown attractions like the Tennessee Aquarium, Bluff View Art District, Chattanooga Lookout Stadium, and endless shopping and dining experiences. Enter the home through the front door with a code provided at check-in. The living room welcomes you with two sleeper sofas and a 50" Roku TV. Beyond the living room is a full kitchen and dining table with bench seating. The master bedroom features a king-size bed in one home and a queen in the other, both with an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom offers two full beds in one home and a queen and a full in the other, while the last bedroom has a queen bed. A shared bathroom is located in the hallway. A washer and dryer are near the kitchen, and the open backyard includes a charcoal grill and picnic table. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee. Pets must be crated when left unattended, and are not allowed on furniture or beds. All waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found, you will be charged the cost to clean this. Situated in a transitioning neighborhood, this area is family-friendly and has never had any security issues. However, we acknowledge that every guest has different life experiences. If the neighborhood makes you uncomfortable, consider this before booking. Parking is limited, but there is room for two cars in the driveway, and Uber and Lyft are readily available. This home is located in a residential area with quiet hours between 10 PM and 7 AM. Violating quiet hours and disturbing neighbors will result in cancellation of your reservation without a refund. Smoking is prohibited, and any signs of smoking will incur a $500 damage charge. Parties are not allowed, and any events require prior approval.
