About This Property

This 3bed - 1bath split level apartment is just coming avaialble after a long term tenant is moving to to Florida to care for his mother. I will post more photos soon as I get access to the unit April 1st. The unit will be getting some TBD renovations and realistically I will be working in the unit throughout April. I stated the move in date as April 1st but that is only if you are ok with a bit of construction (paint and flooring) occuring. More realistically is target May 1st move in date. This house was built in 1962 by a local builder who's family owned it until we bought it in 2016, it's built solid and charming. I am a licensed engineer and builder and keep these units in good mechanical repair. This unit has a large living room, hardwood flooring in the connected dining area which walks out to a three seasons screened in porch. The kitchen wraps around with a smaller eating area seperate from the dining space. from there a hallyway ends in the upstairs bathroom, the two bedrooms are on either side of the hallway. Downstairs is the third bedroom with new (one year ago) luxury vinyl tile flooring, and 70s special wood paneling walls. Behind that bedroom is the utility and storage space with washer, dryer, furnace, water heater and good amount of storage. This unit comes with a one car garage that is in the adjacent duplex and a dedicated parking spot in front of the garage. The backyard is small and private with a large retianing wall protecting from the wind, a few hundred feet further and you are standing in Lake Asylum. Pets are welcome. We are seeking mature renters who value a nice place to live and understand how to take good care of a property's interior and have mutual respect for their neighbors. This is a nice and safe neighborhood that is near everything. No tobbacco in or around the unit (neighbors are allergic).
