Available June 1, 2025. Two living rooms with large comfortable space perfect for studying, relaxing, or hosting your friends! 5 bedrooms (1 very large and could fit 2 students), and 3 bathrooms. Each bedroom has a private lock, and can be rented unfurnished or furnished for No additional cost! Pets are a possibility, give us a call to let us know what pet you have. (Everyone in your rental group has to agree with the pet in the home though). A fire pit in your fenced-in backyard. Wash machine and Dryer included. Ring Doorbell also comes with the home. Home always kept in good repair; we'll show up when you need a repair. $100 monthly credit on your Utilities!
