Kitchen appliances include refrigerator, range, microwave, dishwasher and disposal. Rent is $1,175/month. Monthly utility for this household is $60/month which includes all utilities except for electric. We are pet friendly and allow 1 pet per household. Deposit is $600 plus an extra $200 pet deposit if you happen to have a pet. There is on-site laundry facilities and management office. Designated off-street parking is available for $35/month or free street parking is also available. Apartment is close to grocery store, bus stop, local parks and Old Town Littleton. This location is just a short, 15 minute, drive to the Denver Tech Center (DTC). Living in this building will allow you to enjoy a great picnic area, playground and basketball court that has just been completed by the City of Littleton just steps from the rear entrance of our property.
