Bill was born and raised in Palos Verdes and graduated from the University of Southern California with a degree in real estate finance. He’s still very active with his university’s alumni relations and business school, and he also mentors. Bill is further involved with the Peninsula Education Foundation, which is the Palos Verdes School District fundraising arm for music, arts, physical education, libraries, and more. He also helps build homes in Mexico through his church and organizes a local thrift shop for charities.
