Autumn Chase Apartment Community is close to all things important including the gorgeous South Carolina beaches, Coastal Grand Mall, MB Airport, Highway 17, Highway 501, retail, entertainment, recreation, Broadway at the Beach, Tanger Outlets, Market Commons and more! We are pet friendly and welcome a maximum of 2 pets per apartment with a weight limit not to exceed 70lbs for the first pet and 100lbs combined for both pets. A one-time non-refundable pet fee of $250.00(per pet) is required along with a monthly pet rent of $25.00 per month. A photo of the pet and updated vaccine records are required. We require a renter's insurance policy with a minimum coverage of $500,000 with the landlord named as the additional insured within the policy. First, you complete our online application- easily found at then you submit a photo ID and your written income verification. It's just this easy! Applicants must have good credit and meet or exceed the minimum gross monthly income requirement of $3,9987.00 ($47,850.00 combined annually) please call for additional application qualifications. Security deposit of $1,895.00* is due with your signed 12-month lease and admin fee. *If you have a credit score of 700 or above and meet all additional criteria, you will qualify for a reduced security deposit equal to one month's rent.
