A one-time non-refundable pet fee of $250.00(per pet) is required along with canines paying a monthly pet rent of $25.00 per month. A photo of the pet and updated vaccine records are required. Canines are required to hold a renter's insurance policy with a minimum coverage of $500,000 with the landlord named as the additional insured within the policy.
