As you enter our property, you'll be greeted by a spacious living area, perfect for winding down after a long day. The bedroom is cozy and comfortable, and the shared bathroom is well-appointed for all your grooming needs. Our location offers easy access to military bases, excellent dining and shopping options. Other occupant is currently out of town until early next year- enjoy this home to yourself until they return! *Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Synergy Realty Group - PM Division is a dedicated fair housing provider and will assist all persons without regard to race, color, creed, sex, religion, national origin, familial status, marital status, handicap, ancestry, or any other protected class as defined by state and federal fair housing laws. We do require each adult (18+) intending to occupy the premises to complete their own application and please be prepared to pay our application fee of $60 for each adult applying. Application fees are nonrefundable. HB 19-1106 Compliance: For our company, the hard costs associated with running an application include but are not limited to: paying our third- party software provider for credit, eviction, and criminal background history, paying our staff member(s) hourly to process the application, and paying to provide our application processor with a physical desk space, along with software to effectively perform all associated job duties. Hourly staff/labor costs include benefits such as health-care benefits, paid-time-off allotments, and time blocked out for regular training. *Applicant has the right to provide Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Synergy Realty Group - PM Division with a Portable Tenant Screening Report (PTSR) that is not more than 30 days old, as defined in § 38-12-902(2.5), Colorado Revised Statutes; and 2) if Applicant provides Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Synergy Realty Group - PM Division with a PTSR, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Synergy Realty Group - PM Division is prohibited from: a) charging Applicant a rental application fee; or b) charging Applicant a fee for Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Synergy Realty Group - PM Division to access or use the PTSR. *Security Deposit(s) - Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Synergy Realty Group is happy to offer several move in payment options. You will have two options to secure your home 1) tenant will pay a Traditional Security Deposit payable upon application approval. Security Deposits start at an amount equal to 1 month rent & could be up to 2 months the rental amount depending on credit or 2) tenant will purchase a Lease Rental Bond through Topa Insurance/Lighthouse Company, bonds are equal to 2 months the rental amount. **Topa Insurance is not offered for Tenant Placement Only Properties. Please consult your leasing agent for more info. *As a standard practice, if the property allows, we do not permit more than two (2) pets, pets that are more than 60 lbs., or pets under 12 months of age, without first gaining authorization from our property owner/client. We do require an additional Deposit of $250 per pet, and a monthly Pet Accommodation Fee of $25.00 per pet.
