About This Property

Spacious 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhouse in Denver with modern, eco-friendly updates. This has been our home for the last three years and the thoughtful updates and touches reflect the care we take for this place. Since 2020, we’ve installed an egress window to create a compliant basement suite- a new heat pump to move us toward more sustainable heating and cooling options- removed popcorn ceilings for a fresh modern look- replaced upstairs bedroom and bathroom doors with solid wood versions- and refinished part of the basement to create a private 600-square foot suite—bedroom, full bath, and finished sitting room area—that could be used as a primary bedroom option, an overflow hosting space, or a fantastic private guest suite for when visitors come to town. The main floor boasts a bright, white kitchen with fridge and appliances that were replaced in 2020 and tall cupboards that offer plenty of storage space. The connected dining area flows into the outdoor patio area, a half bath is conveniently located for guests’ use, and a spacious living room with bold navy accent wall includes a fireplace and mantle. Upstairs has two large bedrooms—both with spacious closets, perfect for additional storage—and a Jack-and-Jill style full bathroom. New washer and dryer (replaced 2020) are enclosed in a closet directly next to another linen closet. Amenities included: central air, central heat, private patio, dishwasher, pool, stainless steel appliances, updated kitchen, updated bathroom, storage, updated washer/dryer, and egress window. Utilities included: water. This is a pet friendly property for the right dogs—two small to medium sized dogs would be considered, in alignment with the HOA’s pet policies. Pet deposit is $200. Pet rent is $25/month, per pet. The HOA manages snow and ice removal and lawn care. Two parking passes are included for one covered carport space that is large enough to fit two vehicles (one behind the other). Alternate parking options for a second vehicle include first-come-first-serve uncovered spots or street parking on W Union Ave. Located in close proximity to Bow Mar Heights Park, Sheridan Recreation Center, Sheridan Library, Centennial Park, King Soopers, Wynekta Ponds Dog Park, Downtown Littleton, the Platte River Trail, and more.
