Welcome to San Carlos 1709, a remarkable west-end corner condo located on the 17th floor in Gulf Shores, AL, where you can feel at home. This exceptional unit offers direct Gulf-front views, with floor-to-ceiling windows that capture the breathtaking shoreline panorama. The spacious open living area flows effortlessly onto a private balcony, the ideal spot for savoring morning coffee or sunset cocktails with endless western water views. The fully equipped kitchen, featuring granite countertops and a wet bar with an ice maker, is perfect for preparing meals or entertaining guests. Amenities include air conditioning, a full kitchen with modern appliances, and outdoor furniture. Guests also have access to an outdoor pool, fitness center, shared barbecue grill, and shared sauna. Parking passes cost $50 per pass with a maximum of 2 passes available per reservation, and amenity wristbands are free of charge. Parking passes and amenity wristbands must be purchased and picked up on-site at the time of arrival. Located right on the beach, this condo offers easy access to local attractions such as Waterville USA, Gulf Shores Golf Club, Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, Gulf State Park Fishing Pier, The Wharf, The Wharf Amphitheater, and Adventure Island. All guests who choose to stay at San Carlos must sign a waiver upon arrival to the condo. Smoking is prohibited in the unit and on the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am, and violators will be charged a $200 fine. The condominium association has a strict "No Pets" policy, which applies to emotional support animals as they are not covered by ADA; only ADA-compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law. No parties or events are allowed, and violators will be charged a $500 fine. For March 1st to May 1st, the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old. Guests must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation and provide a state identification card or driver's license copy upon booking. Beach towels are not provided. [SI]
