The second room can serve as an office, small room and/or a guest bedroom with a comfortable temperpedic pull out couch. Located on a quiet tree-lined street and in a tranquil, well-maintained building with a gated entry and gym, this neighborhood has everything you want in LA city living. Only blocks away from downtown Culver City's hottest restaurants, farmers markets, supermarkets, shops, and retail, the Palms Metro/Expo stop and bicycle and walking/jogging paths and trails, and less than fifteen minute drive to the beach, Santa Monica and most of the Westside. Unit is available from May through September/October, with some flexibility on the dates. Rental to start April 26th (possibly earlier, if necessary) for 5-12 months and would be month-to-month after that. Rent includes water, sewage and trash, (renters must pay all other utilities), and a security deposit. Pets OK.
