Beaches are located within 1 mile. The Carriage House is a free standing building with a total of 2 units. Private entry-first floor level living with a spacious open living and dining room with high ceilings, wood floors, a big comfy couch with TV, and Central AC. If you like to cook you will enjoy the fabulous kitchen, or grill and dine outside overlooking the pretty flower garden. There are 3 good sized bedrooms. The Primary Bedroom with king size bed and a private bath. Two additional bedrooms with queen beds that share a full bath. Laundry in unit. Bedding and towels are provided or you can bring your own. Parking for 1 car is assigned, and guest parking is open based on availability. Condo rules apply. No smoking in or on the property and no pets. Utilities and wifi included. Rent and security deposit at signing. Application and references required. Sorry no pets allowed per condo association.
