Located five miles northeast of downtown Glendale, Montecito Park sits far enough away from the city to give you seclusion, but close enough that it only takes a short drive to reach the best in shopping and dining. Locals get used to driving up, down, and all around hills in this area, enjoying spectacular views of the Valley from the top. Montecito Park has many beautiful ranch homes, but you can also find plenty of apartments for rent, particularly on Valihi Way.

Most Montecito Park residents visit downtown Glendale or other neighborhoods when they go out. However, this quiet, suburban neighborhood has its fair share of amenities, mostly near Verdugo Road.
