Marianne has lived in Sarasota since 1989, giving her a truly in-depth knowledge of the area. She has navigated the real estate market at both its best and most challenging of times, cultivating a highly responsive and sophisticated level of expertise. Marianne was a former Broker/owner of her own real estate company, which she oversaw while building and investing in several homes located in Sarasota’s coveted West of Trail area. She transitioned to real estate in 2002 where she has consistently been a top-producing agent. Marianne specializes in all areas of Sarasota and Manatee counties, but particularly enjoys the vibe and energy that come from the downtown high-rises, the sun, and sand of the surrounding beaches as well as the historic qualities of West of Trail. She also enjoys time with her equestrian clients who enjoy playing polo and the laid-back country lifestyle of Lakewood Ranch. Marianne has devoted many years traveling with both her National Association of Realtors and Florida Realtors, advancing her real estate knowledge by earning multiple professional real estate designations, including the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) and Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS). She is the current District Vice President for the Florida Council of Residential Specialists (CRS). Marianne enjoys her Sarasota lifestyle with her husband and two children, who were born and raised in Sarasota.
