I've had a great experience living here! The apartment was super clean and updated when I moved in, and being so close to Xavier (and Listermann!!!!) is really convenient. This building feels safe, and everything's been smooth. Highly recommend,
I’ve really enjoyed living in this apartment. When I first moved in, everything in the unit was brand new. One of the biggest perks for me is the location. I can easily walk to Xavier University, which makes getting to class super convenient. The building feels really safe and secure, which was a big deal for me when I was looking for a place. Overall, it’s been a great experience! Would definitely recommend!
