The spacious kitchen has a sliding glass door that leads out to the new back deck. The master bedroom also has a sliding glass door leading out to the deck. The master suite has an attached master bathroom. Down the hall are two more bedrooms and a second bathroom. The basement is finished with a family room with wood burning fireplace and walks out to the lower level patio. The utility room in the basement is unfinished, great for storage and has washer/dryer hook-ups. There is also a bonus room in the basement that would make a great office or play room. The 2-car attached garage enters into the entryway. The large back yard backs up to the river where you will find wooded trails. There are many maple trees that you can tap to collect sap for maple syrup. You can hunt for Morel mushrooms in the woods. And there are miles of hiking/biking trails right out your back door. Cat friendly (limit 2). No dogs allowed. $300 non-refundable pet fee. $25 monthly pet fee. Tenant is responsible for all utilities. Tenant is responsible for lawn/snow maintenance. No smoking allowed. $40 non-refundable screening fee per applicant over the age of 18. Credit check will be ran. Security deposit will be 1.0-1.5 times rent depending on application score. Minimum credit score (VantageScore 3.0) of 600 required. 12-month lease required. Income requirement - gross monthly income at least 3x the rent.
