The room comes with a queen bed and a dresser. You'll also have full access to the shared kitchen, living room, washer/dryer, garage, and patio. I'm a work from home entrepreneur living with my young daughter and a few other tenants, and I'm easygoing. I'm looking for someone who is a young professional, and non-smoker to share the home with us. Rent: $1000 per month, including utilities.
