The hot tub is currently out of service. The pool and kiddie pool are not heated. For security, there are two cameras: one at the front door overlooking the yard, and another in front of the garage facing the cars. These cameras record 24/7. Any violation of the house rules can result in the cancellation of the reservation with no refund to the guest and loss of any security deposit. All smart TVs come with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, and YouTube. Guests can log into their own accounts. The pool and hot tub are professionally serviced twice a week during the summer months and once a week during the rest of the year. As this is an outdoor pool, it’s normal for some leaves or debris to appear between cleanings. This does not indicate the pool is unclean—rest assured, all necessary chemicals are properly balanced, and the filtration systems are regularly maintained for your safety and comfort. Please note that during the spring season, there may be an increase in non-harmful insects (such as beetles) and natural debris from surrounding vegetation that can occasionally enter the pool. We perform routine pest control and professional pool cleaning service, however, some seasonal factors are outside of our control. Weather, including rain, may also affect water clarity.
