All linens and towels are provided, though pool towels are not. This is a pet-friendly stay, with a fee of $150 per pet per stay for house-trained pets. An additional nightly rate of $39 per guest per night applies for groups of 7+ guests. The fourth and fifth bedrooms will be opened for groups of 8+ and 10+ guests respectively. No parties or large gatherings are allowed, and only registered guests are permitted. Check-in time is from 4:00 p.m. onwards, and check-out time is at 10 a.m. max. The hot tub is currently out of service. The pool and kiddie pool are not heated. For security, there are two cameras: one at the front door overlooking the yard, and another in front of the garage facing the cars. These cameras record 24/7. Any violation of the house rules can result in the cancellation of the reservation with no refund to the guest and loss of any security deposit. All smart TVs come with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, and YouTube. Guests can log into their own accounts. The pool and hot tub are professionally serviced twice a week during the summer months and once a week during the rest of the year. As this is an outdoor pool, it’s normal for some leaves or debris to appear between cleanings. This does not indicate the pool is unclean—rest assured, all necessary chemicals are properly balanced, and the filtration systems are regularly maintained for your safety and comfort. Please note that during the spring season, there may be an increase in non-harmful insects (such as beetles) and natural debris from surrounding vegetation that can occasionally enter the pool. We perform routine pest control and professional pool cleaning service, however, some seasonal factors are outside of our control. Weather, including rain, may also affect water clarity.
