I cannot say enough amazing things about this community! Emily, Rose and Marcia really are rock stars. They truly care about the community. The location is awesome- you can walk to Pindustry, Fiddlers Green and so many other places. It is right off the highway so easy access to get everywhere but far enough away that you feel tucked away in a cute neighborhood. I'm so happy to call Fiddlers Green my home.

It is an excellent place to live. The staff is quite helpful and the apartments are 10 minutes by walk away from a light rail station and there are a lot of restaurants nearby as well.

If you are looking for a place to relax, think, sleep, with all the nice amenities, 360 Degrees is a great place to be. I have been living here for at least a couple of years and there is no better place I rather live right now.

Very disappointed in this “luxury?” property given ongoing and seemingly never ending “pool and jacuzzi issues.” In the past year the pools and jacuzzi have broken multiple times for extended periods (weeks) yet residents continue to pay for these “perks” and management never seems to quite know when things will be fixed or even what the issue is. Parking: Within the past year at least 10 cars have been broken into the “secure” parking garage (one car stolen at leads known of.) At this price point for rent 360 claiming to be “luxury living” is a farce. Renters be WARY.

360 has been a great experience so far! I found this apartment on a whim and they were able to get me in for a tour and walked me through the application process. They worked with my schedule to get my keys to me. Overall its been a great experience!
Nice Location with all nearby amenities like grocery , entertainment and shopping place . Good Maintainece staff and mostly quiet place except south side due to pub over weekend .

So far not worth the money. 100 degrees outside and the pool is still unusable. I was never shown where the trash room was. It was not accurately explained to me that I had no choice in the LuxorOne service. I see packages left outside other apartment doors and I think that would work just fine. Finally, my mail keys don't work. Not thrilled

We love the community here at 360. Everything is clean, quiet, and updated. The staff is fantastic - special shoutout to Susy and Stacey for their diligent responses to all of our questions during the entire move-in process. Susy was a big factor in our decision to move to 360, we had toured many places and she was by far the most detailed and easy-going agent to work with. She is very knowledgeable, kind, and attentive. The area is very dog-friendly with plenty of green space and walkable to many different shops and restaurants. Central location, but away from all the noise. We love our new home!

My roommate's car was stolen twice within three months. Not to mention the police officer we spoke with said another car was stolen in the same night. Additionally, other residents we spoke with have also had their vehicles stolen or broken into. The staff are great, but the management company does not seem to care. For example, the gate to the garage broke in October. It looked someone had driven through it from the inside. It is December and management has not done anything to fix it. This is the result of their negligence. If you worry about your vehicle, don't live here.

So far, everything is great. Security great, and facilities and amenities great.
DO NOT RENT HERE!! Poor communication about amenities, unable to use the amenities we have been paying for close to a year now, the amenities seem to only be open for those who are still working from home or without a job entirely. Drawers all fall apart after just using them. I have had 4 drawer faces come off in my time living there, got them to fix them the first time and it took WEEKS to get my drawers back.

I moved here from AZ and chose 360 based on initial visit after visiting many apts. After many months, I now know I made the right decision as the staff and tenants are great, location is convenient to everything, and overall a great living experience!

I have lived here for over 2 years now. The complex is nice. The amenities are nice. Management is great and so is the maintenance crew. If you are a younger adult, this complex is for you!

If you work in the DTC, 360 is an ideal location for a quick commute. Outside of location, 360 has great amenities and a wonderful staff!

nice apt.
Put in a work order and got it fixed almost immediately! My only wait was for the mailman to assist in their help but office staff was very responsive and quick to help me out!

360 is in a great location for DTC employees with easy access to groceries and other necessities. RTD light rail is about an 8 minute walk if you need to get into the city. Package deliveries are sent to the package room with secure access and video surveillance.
