Cats and dogs 25 lbs and under are welcome (with exceptions upon owner review). Maximum of 2 pets with increased rent per month ($50 pet rent/month) for each animal and an additional pet deposit ($500 refundable pet security deposit). $2,200.00 per month with a $2,200.00 security deposit. To reserve the property, a tenant will be required to pay a $500 “Deposit to Hold” and sign a “Deposit to Hold” agreement. The first month’s rent with be prorated upon move-in date. One-year lease. The Open Application Period for this property begins on 9/11/2023 at 12:00pm PST which is 72 hours after the notice of unit availability was originally posted on a different website. If an application is received prior to the Open Application Period, the City of Portland requires that owners apply an 8-hour penalty to the time an application was received.
