The property has decibel readers that track noise levels outside, with a $500 fine for excessive noise between 10pm and 8am. Pets are not allowed, and there is a minimum $500 charge for indoor smoking. Smoking outside is permitted. No underage consumption or drugs are allowed, and no parties or large gatherings are permitted. A $150 charge applies for late checkout without prior notice. Guests are kindly reminded to remove their shoes when entering the house to help keep the space clean and comfortable. The hot tub has a cleanliness fine of $250 if rules are not followed, including using beach towels only, no food or drinks, and no smoking while in the hot tub. The maximum occupancy is 7, and children must be supervised by an adult. If the property is equipped with a grill, guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed, with reimbursement available upon receipt submission.
