This is the first floor of a Victorian house which has been completely renovated. It features hardwood floors, decorative fireplace, original moldings, turrets, high ceilings, new Argon windows, high efficiency furnace and central air conditioning. The porcelain kitchen has a high btu gas stove, built-in microwave/hood, dishwasher, garbage disposal, fridge with ice maker, and is big enough for a table. There are two ceramic bathrooms with bathtubs and inlaid slate. The master bedroom is about 9 x 10 with a walk in closet, private bathroom, and ceiling fan. The second bedroom is about 11.5 x 11.5. This apartment has its own 2 car detached garage and a large private deck in the back. Landlord pays water, sewage, and trash disposal. Tenant pays gas and electric. This property is located 2 blocks from the busway near the intersection of Centre and Baum in Friendship--a Pittsburgh neighborhood with large Victorian houses. It is within easy walking distance of several neighborhood shops and stores, and right around the corner from Aldi, Crazy Mocha and Right Aid. It is across the street from Market District and a few blocks from Whole Foods, the shops on Walnut, East Liberty Target, Shadyside Hospital, and Carnegie Library. The tenants share a front porch and partially fenced back yard. There is coin operated laundry and extra storage in the basement Parking is on the street. All of our properties are pet friendly for friendly pets with a two pet maximum. We require proof of vaccinations and licenses, but we do not charge additional rent or fees for pets.
