Beautiful shared backyard. A small pet will be considered for an additionally monthly fee. Coin-op laundry will be available in the basement in the near future. Tenant is responsible for: electric, internet, compost, $110 yearly rental registration Landlord pays: gas (heat), water, trash, landscaping, and snow removal.
